MV1 Supplemental Utilities

 

Installation instructions.

1)      Login as root or su to root on the System.

2)      Start MV1 as Manager.

3)      Do the routine restore utility ^%RR

4)      Restore from the file MGRROU.ROU

 

Routine Descriptions

 

Longitudinal Parity Check

Routine Name:           %LPC

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Extrinsic Function

Usage:

Write $$LRC^%LPC(String)

Set Varable=$$LRC^%LPC(String)

Description:

The %LPC function Returns the Longitudinal Parity Check of a string.  This function is to replace the $ZLPC function used by DSM.

 

Routine Change

Routine Name:           %ZRCHG

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

Do ^%ZRCHG

Description:

%ZRCHG allows the user to select a range of routines and change a pattern from one form to another form within the selected routines.

 

Routine Save

Routine Name:           %ZRS

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

Do ^%ZRS

Description:

%ZRS allows the user to save a range of routines to a file.  It functions similar to DSM’s %RS utility.

 

Routine Search

Routine Name:           %ZRSE

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

Do ^%ZRSE

Description:

%ZRSE allows the user to select a range of routines and search for a pattern.

 

Routine Select

Routine Name:           %ZRSEL

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

Do EN1^%ZRSEL

Description:

%ZRSEL is a routine selection utility that is used by several of the other utilities to allow the user to select routines.

 

Switch UCI Utility

Routine Name:           %ZUCI

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

D ^%ZUCI

Description:

%ZUCI allows the user to change from one UCI to another UCI.

 

UCI Management

Routine Name:           UCI

Location:                    MGR

Type:              Routine

Usage:

D ^UCI

Description:

UCI is a User Class Identifier (UCI) management utility.  It allows the user to create, edit and delete UCIs.
